### Core Responsibilities: - Conduct design tasks including stormwater management, detention basin layout, and infrastructure rehabilitation - Navigate state and local permitting processes - Develop comprehensive engineering drawings and technical documentation

### Documentation and Compliance: - Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical memos, and application documents for state and municipal permits - Review subdivision and utility plans, ensuring adherence to municipal ordinances concerning subdivisions, zoning, grading, and stormwater management - Support construction administrative duties and track escrows as needed
