Primary Responsibilities

*Urban & Site Engineering* - Engage in detailed design activities inclusive of: - Stormwater management solutions - Layout for detention basins - Restoration of essential infrastructure - Navigating state and local permitting needs - Produce high-caliber engineering blueprints and technical documentation

*Technical Documentation & Authorization* - Develop comprehensive engineering reports and technical briefs - Prepare and coordinate permit submissions for state and municipal entities

*Plan Review & Regulation Adherence* - Analyze subdivision and utility blueprints proposed by developers - Verify project adherence to municipal regulations, such as: - Subdivision & land development - Zoning ordinances - Grading protocols - Stormwater regulation - Support construction oversight tasks and escrow management as necessary

Qualifications:

Essential Criteria - B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related discipline - At least 2 years of experience in site civil or municipal design - Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D for municipal-centric projects - EIT certification preferred or in progress - Keen attention to detail with excellent communication capabilities
