Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field - At least 2 years of hands-on experience in municipal or site design - Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for related projects - EIT certification preferred or actively pursuing - Strong detail-oriented mindset and excellent communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

*Design and Development* - Conduct tasks including stormwater management, detention basin design, and infrastructure upgrades - Adhere to state and local permitting standards - Create detailed engineering drawings and technical documents

*Documentation and Compliance* - Compile reports, technical notes, and necessary documentation - Assemble and submit permit applications for relevant agencies

*Plan Review and Coordination* - Evaluate subdivision plans and utility designs - Ensure adherence to local ordinances for land development, zoning, and grading - Assist with construction administration and track project escrow when needed
