About Us: Lakeside Music Academy provides high-quality, in-home music lessons to students of all ages. We’re passionate about connecting talented teachers with students in their homes to create a flexible and personalized learning experience.
Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic music teachers to provide in-home lessons in piano, voice, guitar, strings, etc. You will travel to students’ homes in our service areas and deliver engaging, customized lessons that inspire and motivate each student.
Responsibilities:
  • Teach private music lessons in students’ homes.
  • Prepare lessons tailored to each student’s skill level and goals.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Communicate with families regarding progress.
Requirements:
  • Prior teaching experience with children or teens preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable traveling to student homes.
  • Availability for weekday afternoons or evenings.
  • Has or is working towards a music degree .

About Lakeside Music Academy:

Our music school started in 2013 with just one traveling music teacher who taught piano lessons, voice lessons, and guitar lessons. We now have over 25 teachers and 20 instruments! We wanted to create a way to connect families with real musicians, giving them access to a higher level of music education and an experience that they couldn’t find anywhere else. It has been an immense pleasure working with these talented musicians and seeing them inspire their students.
