Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Multi Skill Positions to join their team. As a Multi Skill Positions, you will be part of the Service Team supporting mold preparation and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Multi Skill Positions
Location: Fort Madison, IA
Pay Range:
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts, 2:55pm - 11:25pm
What's the Job?
- Perform all preparation activities to the molds prior to the start of packing operations
- Set up, operate, and maintain equipment for mold assembly and inspection
- Document mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and removal processes
- Work under the direction of Floor Leads, managers, and engineers to ensure quality standards
- Follow safety procedures and use all required safety equipment during operations
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Experience using hand and power tools, lifting equipment, and ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to acquire PIME license, LOTO certification, and licenses for forklift, scissor lift, and Crown Wave
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools
