Essential Responsibilities:
- Seasonal position
- Drive to properties to conduct cleaning inspections
- Cleaning when necessary
- Communicate damages, repair and service requests via our work order system
- Check stocking levels
- Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies, procedures and standards
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Attention to detail
- Great customer service and professionalism
- Time management skills
- Effective communicator
- Punctual to work and great attendance
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays to support business needs
- Valid drivers license and clear driving record
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Experience within the field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, walking, standing, and the ability to climb several steps
- Exert 50+ pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and stand most of the time
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
- Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
