Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - All Shifts Available

Napa Post Acute | Napa, CA

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: AM, PM & NOC Shifts Available

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

CNA Job Duties

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning as needed
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
  • Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care

CNA Requirements

  • Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred
  • New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
