Naples, FL - Litigation Paralegal

Roetzel & Andress, LPA, a nationally recognized NLJ 200 law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Naples, Florida. Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in general, commercial, and complex litigation matters
• Draft pleadings and professional correspondence
• Prepare and file legal documents electronically
• Organize and maintain electronic case files
• Manage and track legal calendars, deadlines, and document correspondence
• Maintain matter matrices for ongoing cases
• Coordinate overall case management and support trial preparation

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to see the big picture
• Demonstrated reliability and adaptability to new technologies
• Excellent client service, written, verbal, and proofreading abilities
• Experience supporting trial preparation and proceedings
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and managing work with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Thorough understanding of Florida Rules of Court
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic document management systems, and legal research tools
• Experience with litigation support software
• Florida Notary

The candidate must also pass a background check as a condition for employment.
