This is a practice‑building, market‑facing leadership role, requiring a balance of technical credibility, client trust, pursuit leadership, and internal team development.

  • Serve as STV's national industry representative for BRT in professional associations, committees, conferences, and forums.

Client Development & Pursuits

  • Support and contribute to client management plans for key BRT clients across the U.S.

  • Lead or support major BRT pursuits, including capture planning, teaming strategy, interview preparation, and executive client engagement.

  • Provide strategic input on qualifications, proposals, resumes, and experience narratives for BRT pursuits.

  • Assess and communicate competitive positioning and market intelligence to inform pursuit strategy.

Technical & Delivery Oversight

  • Provide national technical and strategic oversight across BRT programs and projects to ensure consistency, quality, and best practices.

  • Support project teams with staffing strategies, workshare approaches, and mobilization of BRT resources.

  • Serve as a senior advisor on end‑to‑end BRT delivery, including planning, design, systems integration, construction, and operations readiness.

  • Promote innovation, risk management, and continuous improvement across BRT delivery.

Practice Operations & Team Development

  • Build and maintain a national roster of multidisciplinary BRT talent, identifying strengths, coverage gaps, and development needs.

  • Support recruitment and succession planning to strengthen STV's BRT capabilities.

  • Provide arms‑length quality and performance oversight for BRT work across the firm.

  • Track and manage financial performance, including net fee backlog, revenue, and profitability attributable to BRT.

  • Lead training, knowledge‑sharing, and internal education programs related to BRT best practices and emerging trends.

  • Facilitate periodic national strategic planning sessions to assess the U.S. BRT market and refine growth strategies.
