Training RequirementMandatory Virtual TrainingDate: Thursday, February 19, 2026Time: 6:30 PM CSTAttendance is required to remain scheduled. Registration will be provided once Hired.

Job SummaryWe are seeking professional, dependable Event Support Staff to assist with the execution of the 2026 NEA Leadership Summit, a large-scale, high-profile leadership conference. Team members will support attendee flow, registration, and session operations while delivering a polished and professional guest experience in a fast-paced conference environment.

This role requires full commitment across all event days and adherence to strict attendance and professionalism standards.

Key Responsibilities● Support on-site event operations and attendee flow● Assist with registration, credential distribution, and session scanning● Provide professional guest assistance and respond to attendee questions and needs● Support wayfinding and directional guidance throughout the venue● Follow direction from on-site leadership and event organizers● Maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume conference setting

Candidate Requirements● Reliable transportation to and from the event location● Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods● Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills● Prior promotional, brand ambassador, or event staffing experience preferred● Must be at least 18 years old

Pay DateApril 3, 2026
