Overview

Our Culture

At Jackson Healthcare, our mission — to improve the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone we touch — is central to both doing good business and serving the greater good.

Our Values

Our mission and corporate values of Others First, Wisdom, and Growth serve as our “true north.” They guide our strategy, hiring practices, and philanthropic efforts — and are central to our culture and at the core of everything we do.

Build Relationships. Drive Impact. Help Schools Nationwide.

If you’re energized by connecting with people, building relationships, and creating career opportunities, this role combines the fast pace of staffing with a meaningful mission.

As a National Education Recruiter, you'll act as a consultative partner to education professionals across the country, building a strong candidate pipeline and matching talented special education, therapy, and school support professionals with K–12 schools that need them most.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of recruiting, relationship management, and sales-driven staffing in a high-energy environment where performance and growth are valued.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment and placement process from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and successful placements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with education professionals, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their career journey.
  • Develop and manage an active candidate pipeline through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and outreach strategies.
  • Partner closely with sales and credentialing teams to deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and clients.
  • Stay engaged with professionals while on assignment to ensure satisfaction and identify future placement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within CRM/ATS systems.
  • Represent our company values of Others First, Wisdom, and Growth in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship-management experience.
  • Education, healthcare, or staffing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships over phone, text, and email.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM/ATS platforms and technology tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required).

Why Join Us?

  • Hybrid work flexibility with a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Career growth opportunities within staffing, recruiting, and leadership paths.
  • Ongoing professional development and coaching.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact in K–12 education nationwide.
  • Culture built around Growth, Wisdom, and putting Others First.

Ready to Build Careers and Make an Impact?

If you're excited by relationship-building, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a career that combines staffing, sales, and meaningful work—we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and help us build brighter futures, one placement at a time.
