If you are a proven leader who is ready to drive all aspects of shipboard tactical SIGINT, and MULTI-INT solutions developed by CACI for program offices within U.S. Navy PEO C4I:You will lead a cross-functional team of Assistant Program Managers, Program Analysts, Systems Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts delivering world class capabilities for the Navy SIGINT communityYou and your team will deliver on CACI’s contract performance commitments to the Navy, develop strategies to advance Navy airborne SIGINT and Multi-INT capabilities, and collaborate with your customer to identify unmet mission needs and develop and deliver solutionsResponsibilities:

Manage all technical, schedule, budget, and personnel requirements for CACI’s Navy Surface Program

Responsibility for one or more CACI prime contracts

Provide periodic program updates to the customer including quarterly program reviews capturing technical and program (milestones, expenditures, risks) execution

 Proactively identify risks, develop and execution mitigation strategies as a partner to Customer representatives in the corresponding specialties of Information Assurance, Flight Readiness/Fitness for Flight, Global Network Connectivity, and mission support systems

Form and foster customer relationships to develop the strategy and plans to advance and grow the customer core Multi-INT cross-platform tactical mission

Translate customer mission needs and opportunities into program strategies, plans, and requirementsManage a cross-functional program team comprised of Project Managers, System Engineers, Program Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)Coordinate with internal functional teams to identify staffing requirements to fulfill customer objectivesLead proposal and contract activities including business and technical responses to customer requests for proposal, drafting of statement of technical objectives, drafting of proposal volumes, etc.Qualifications:Required: 

Typically requires a degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years work experience in a technical field related to Signals Intelligence or other Multi-INT technologies

Typically requires 5+ years technical supervisory/management experienceAbility to understand and effectively explain technical architectures and implementations associated with complex Multi-INT and distributed intelligence solutions to Customer Leadership and Subject Matter ExpertsExceptional interpersonal skills including active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolutionHigh degree of attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision while maintaining cooperative, force multiplying relationships with peers within the companyDesired:Active TS SCI level clearanceMS or PhD degree in electrical or computer engineering or computer scienceExperience interacting with government contracting and acquisition processesExperience running multi-objective, multi-disciplinary programRelevant subject matter expertise in the Airborne Multi-INT systemsExperience managing program(s) with budgets greater than $10MExperience serving as the primary customer interface for a program, with responsibility for development, implementation, and execution of an overall strategyExperience with earned value management-

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$114,600-$252,100
