Job DetailsThe NCLEX Tutor supports students enrolled in an LVN nursing program by providing structured review, remediation, and exam preparation to strengthen clinical knowledge and testing confidence. This is a classroom-based, full-time role with predictable hours.Key Responsibilities:

Provide NCLEX preparation and tutoring support for LVN students
Reinforce core nursing concepts, test-taking strategies, and clinical reasoning
Identify learning gaps and tailor remediation plans
Track student progress and document academic support provided
Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to support student outcomes

Qualifications:

Associate Degree required
Active, unencumbered California LVN or RN license
Strong foundational nursing knowledge
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
