Job Responsibilities

Assist RT Technicians with radiographic testing operations and inspectionsHelp set up and maintain radiographic equipment and work areasHandle and transport inspection tools, materials, and equipmentMaintain compliance with all radiation safety and company safety proceduresSupport film processing and digital radiography operations as neededPrepare work areas and assist with equipment calibration and setupMaintain accurate documentation and inspection recordsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersWork overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as project demands require

Qualifications

Previous RT Assistant experience requiredStrong understanding of industrial safety practicesAbility to work in industrial and outdoor environmentsAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamStrong communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Preferred Qualifications

State card or radiation safety training preferredAdditional NDT experience or certifications are a plusTWIC card and OSHA certifications are a plusExperience in refinery, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
