At Bailey Education Group, we have a proven track record in professional development programs and coaching services that is quantifiable.what you'll do as a secondary ELA Instructional coach In this role, you will support Nebraska teachers in strengthening literacy instruction through modeling, feedback, collaboration, and strategic professional learning.Your responsibilities include:Supporting the implementation of Secondary ELA standards and curriculum

Facilitating high-quality professional development sessions

Conducting classroom observations and providing actionable, constructive feedback

Modeling lessons or co-teaching to demonstrate best practices

Coaching teachers at various experience levels in foundational literacy, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing

Analyzing student data to identify instructional needs and support interventions

Collaborating with school teams to improve instructional planning and outcomes

Building relationships that promote trust, growth, and sustained improvement

You will serve as a key partner in enhancing literacy outcomes and helping schools achieve excellence.what we're looking for?To excel as a Nebraska Secondary ELA Instructional Coach, candidates should bring: Required ExpertiseDeep knowledge of Secondary ELA standards

Strong background in early literacy, structured literacy, or science of reading Experience coaching teachers or leading literacy initiatives

Ability to analyze and use student data effectively

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Ideal AttributesSolutions-oriented mindset

Highly organized and professional

Customer-centric approach

Commitment to teamwork and accountability

Flexibility and adaptability in school-based environments
