At MLM Home Improvement, we train you, pay you while you learn, and put you on a career path with real income growth. We are one of the fastest-growing exterior renovation companies in the Northeast, and we are expanding our neighborhood sales team.
This is the role where every top performer and manager at MLM started. You will learn our proven sales system, earn from day one, and have a clear path into sales consulting, leadership, and management.
What You Will Do
- Walk residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our complimentary roof and exterior inspection program
- Start conversations, build trust, and educate homeowners on storm damage and maintenance solutions
- Schedule inspection appointments and track your outreach in our CRM
- Hit individual and team activity goals with daily coaching from experienced sales leaders
- Learn a proven sales process that prepares you to advance into in-home sales consulting

Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking to new people
- No sales experience required — we provide comprehensive paid training
Schedule
Monday through Friday, plus two Saturdays per month (9 AM – 2 PM). One hour paid lunch included. This is an outdoor, field-based position.
