As a staple to improve the mental health of working environments within ABA, BeeKind client maladaptive behaviors are the least intrusive to BeeKind Staff. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills and more.THE BASICS Pay: We offer a competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour + $2/hr Shift Differential Pay (Cases/Hours worked after 5 pm) + extensive employee benefits with part-time/full time opportunities + annual raises. Pay is based on educational background and experience. YOUR DAY AS AN REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development. REQUIREMENTS FOR A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
