Title: .Net Tech Lead with AngularLocations: Tempa, FL (Onsite)Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $43- $47/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Applicants must be able to work on W2 without any Visa sponsorship
Key Responsibilities • Extensive experience with .NET and Angular frameworks. • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development. • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a development team. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Oversee the end-to-end development process, from requirements gathering to deployment, using .NET and Angular.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle using .NET technologies
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular
- Manage and implement SharePoint customizations and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions
- Mentor and guide development team members to improve skills and productivity
- Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure best practices
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a .NET Lead with hands-on development expertise
- Proficiency in Angular for frontend development
- Experience with SharePoint, including customization and integration
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
