Network Estate Planning Attorney – Virtual, Flexible, No Marketing Costs

Legacy Assurance Plan is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to conduct virtual consultations with prequalified, no-cost client introductions. This is an ideal opportunity for a Kansas-based attorney who wants to expand their practice without spending time or money on marketing.

What You’ll Do

Conduct 100% virtual/telephonic estate planning consultations with prequalified clients
Advise on probate avoidance, asset protection, business formation, succession planning, taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning
Draft estate planning documents and guide families through protecting their assets and legacies

What We’re Looking For

Active State Bar membership in good standing
Resident of state with prior private practice experience
Minimum 3 years of estate plan drafting experience
Primary focus in estate planning and business formation
Ability to meet with clients in an office setting, preferred
Comfort with virtual consultations and modern tech (Microsoft products, CRMs)
Professional liability insurance
Preferred: experience with asset protection irrevocable trusts, special needs, elder law, real estate, taxation, business formation, additional bar admissions, or bilingual skills
