Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer III to support inbound colocation projects across large-scale neutral host distributed antenna system (DAS) deployments, including stadiums, airports, campuses, hospitals, and entertainment venues. This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle—from application intake through contract execution—while coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive inbound colocation projects from initiation through completion across Neutral Host Distributed Antenna System (NHDAS) deployments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned markets.
• Process inbound applications and manage projects through contract execution.
• Maintain and reconcile national project databases while ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, legal, finance, operations, and third-party partners throughout project execution.
• Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Conduct deployment meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align project milestones and delivery schedules.
• Review contracts for accuracy and obtain required approvals.
• Research project-related information, compile cost estimates, and prepare documentation.
• Support reporting on project status, financials, and overall deliverables.
• Work across multiple internal systems and databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant project coordination or network deployment experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting meetings, driving discussions, and resolving project issues.
• Strong negotiation, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with enterprise project databases (experience with Fuze is preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong database management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience supporting telecommunications, network infrastructure, or real estate development projects.
• Experience supporting Distributed Antenna System (DAS), wireless infrastructure, or colocation projects.
• Experience working with project tracking tools and enterprise databases.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and database management experience.
