- Depending on specialty and years of experience
- Full-Time schedule starts at approximately 16 patients seen
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Depending on specialty and years of experience
- Moving Allowance
- Productivity based Bonus Structure
- Health/Dental/Vision Benefits covered 100% for provider, 50% for dependents
- 401K - Matching
- 4 weeks Off year 1 and 2 (3 weeks PTO, 1 week Fed Holidays)
- 5 weeks Off year 3+ (4 weeks PTO, 1 week Fed Holidays)
- $1,500 CME allowance
- Credentialing, licensing, and association fees
- Professional Malpractice
- Outpatient Setting
- Monday - Friday
- No hospital, No call
- Board certified and fellowship trained supervising physician
