This role emphasizes high‑quality care, manageable caseloads, advanced technology, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.What You’ll DoPerform comprehensive PT evaluations (mobility, strength, balance, coordination, tone, endurance)Develop individualized plans of care for stroke, TBI, SCI, and neurologic populationsDeliver skilled gait, balance, transfer, and functional mobility interventionsUtilize the ZeroG® Gait & Balance System for progressive and safe mobility trainingCollaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, case management, and familiesProvide patient and caregiver education on safety, mobility, and HEPsComplete timely and accurate EMR documentationParticipate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and professional developmentQualificationsRequiredGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)Licensed or license‑eligible Physical Therapist in ConnecticutCPR certification (or ability to obtain)PreferredExperience or strong interest in neurologic rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, SCI)Interested in hearing more?
