Location: New York, NYPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $400,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary As a Neurologist, you’ll evaluate and treat disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. Your day-to-day work will focus on diagnosing symptoms like headaches, dizziness, weakness, numbness, seizures, memory changes, and movement concerns, then building practical treatment plans patients can follow. You’ll interpret neurological exams and diagnostic results, coordinate referrals and imaging when needed, and adjust care based on how patients respond over time.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological histories and exams
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as migraine, epilepsy, neuropathy, stroke/TIA follow-up, Parkinson’s/movement disorders, MS, and cognitive concerns
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing (e.g., MRI/CT, EEG, EMG/NCS, labs), as appropriate to your setting
• Develop treatment plans and medication management strategies; monitor outcomes and side effects
• Document visits clearly and efficiently in the medical record
• Communicate findings and next steps to patients and families in plain language
• Coordinate care with PCPs and relevant specialties (rehab, neurosurgery, pain, psych, etc.)
• Participate in quality initiatives and clinical protocols as needed

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed Neurology residency training
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Active (or eligible) New York State medical license
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
