Job Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Neutral Management Specialist (Paralegal) for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in NY/NJ Area. Responsibilities :

A paralegal who will perform the management level review of our arbitrator applications.
After the application is processed by administrative staff, the Management Reviewer reviews the work of the administrative staff.
The Reviewer analyzes the information the applicant supplied along with information from the background check, CRD, Internet searches, etc.
The Management Reviewer determines whether the applicant can be classified under firm rules and makes a recommendation to our external review board regarding whether to approve or deny the application.

Preferred Skills :

A JD and some statutory interpretation experience is preferred.
A background in securities arbitration is helpful.
