Job Description
New Construction - HVAC Residential Install | $20:00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Works Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 3:30pm | Occasional overtime
Job Duties:
- Perform residential and/or commercial new construction HVAC installations
- Install new Trane HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to quality standards
- Complete rough-in and finish work for HVAC projects
- Install ductwork, gas lines, line sets, and low-voltage wiring
- Perform start-up and testing of newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation and performance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site throughout all phases of installation

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC new construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on HVAC industry knowledge and skill development
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess basic hand tools and a power drill
- Trade school certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
