Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 an hour, depending on experience

As part of our continued company growth, we're introducing a Field Supervisor role to help manage our expanding new construction projects. This position is perfect for an experienced HVAC professional who wants to step into a leadership role while maintaining strong ties to fieldwork.

What You'll Do

Conduct pre-site visits and oversee ongoing projects
Ensure project timelines are met and installations meet company standards
Assist management with administrative tasks and field coordination
Perform quality inspections to ensure top-tier craftsmanship
Help manage inventory and support teams in meeting project deadlines
Provide input on team performance reviews and training needs

What You Bring

2+ years of new construction HVAC experience required
RMGA and EPA Certification required
2+ years of team management experience required
1-2 years of project management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to balance fieldwork with supervisory responsibilities
