WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for leading prospective customers through beginning of homebuying process within assigned communities and assist throughout the full customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals and standards within assigned communities
  • Serve as primary point of contact with customers from contract to close to achieve a successful customer experience
  • Generate traffic for communities through realtor outreach, collaborating with Marketing department, and following up with past prospects
  • Monitor and record data within the sales platform and prepare periodic reports in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in homebuilding, sales, customer service, or related field required
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a successful customer experience within a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to adapt to change by acquiring and mastering new skills
  • Must be able to work weekends, some holidays, and some evenings

The New Home Advisor is compensated on a straight commission basis per the New Home Advisor Compensation Agreement.
