What You'll Do

* Work onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily.

* Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.

* Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.

* Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from the initial interaction through contract and closing.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.

* Active South Carolina Real Estate License

* Availability to work on-site during the weekends is required. Our Model homes are open daily, typically until 5pm or 6pm.
