New Home Sales Manager
Location: Middletown, DE (Design Center)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Schaeffer Homes is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our Build On Your Lot program from our Middletown, DE Design Center.
This is a high-impact role where you'll guide buyers through the entire homebuilding journeyfrom initial consultation through contract and deliverywhile managing sales performance, customer relationships, and overall experience.

What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective buyers and guide them through the homebuilding process
- Manage the full sales cycle from contract to home delivery
- Assist customers with floorplans, structural options, and customizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and referral partners
- Track leads, follow-ups, and contracts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Host open houses and participate in sales and marketing initiatives
- Achieve and exceed sales and conversion goals
What We're Looking For
- Must have 3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of land acquisition is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Professional presence and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working weekends with scheduled days off during the week
- Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM and sales tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000/year
- Commission-based earnings on sales performance
- Total compensation potential: $100,000+
- Health benefits, PTO, and mileage reimbursement

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Weekend availability required
- Two days off during the week
