Job Summary

Summary:Responsible for managing all aspects of a large-scale and complex program and corresponding projects related to Revenue Cycle Operations Strategic Initiatives. Leads and implements initiatives that support alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. Oversees communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Develops the program schedule, budget, and various program and project plan details. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other team membersDoes this position require Patient Care? NoEssential Functions:Leads program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.-Conducts research, manages and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports and presentations to support programs. -Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.-Monitor program progress and proactively address any deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets. -Manages the program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.Key Interactions
  • * MGB Enterprise Strategic Leadership | Collaborate to help identify new initiative opportunities to embed Revenue Cycle teams in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • * Upward Revenue Cycle Leadership | Collaborate with Revenue Cycle L1/L2s to understand Revenue Cycle strategic goals and direction.
  • * MGB Digital | Coordinate as necessary with the MGB Digital team to successfully advance vendor projects and ensure initiatives are appropriately prioritized
  • * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EducationBachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferredCan this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?YesExperienceProgram and/or project management experience 3-5 years required

    Relevant Healthcare experience specifically in revenue cycle or strategy 3-5 years requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Ability to deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences.- Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule.

    - Experience with Epic preferred
