The Position: This role supports the day-to-day inventory control activities of the Innovation Hub. TheInventory Control Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring thatphysical inventory matches the quantities and locations recorded in our systems.This is a hands-on, operational role. The individual will spend significant time physically checking materials,counting inventory, verifying locations, investigating discrepancies, and updating inventory records.The Inventory Control Associate will work closely with Material Handling, Production, Procurement, andSupply Chain. While the Material Handler will primarily be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, andmoving materials, the Inventory Control Associate will focus on inventory accuracy, traceability, and control.Responsibilities:Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checksEnsure physical inventory matches the ERP/WMS systemMaintain accurate inventory quantities and locations in the systemInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesTrack inventory across multiple storage and production locationsVerify inventory movements and transfers are properly recordedSupport physical inventory counts and reconciliationsCoordinate with Material Handling, Production, and Supply ChainCandidate Qualifications:0 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working with inventory systems and basic ExcelComfortable working hands-on with physical inventoryReliable, proactive, and able to follow up on discrepanciesAble to work in a fast-moving, evolvingThis is an entry-level, hands-on position designed for someone who is organized, reliable, and takesownership of inventory accuracy. The role will be an important part of ensuring that the materials physicallyavailable across our operations are accurately reflected in our systems and available when Production needsthem.Compensation: Commensurate with the level of the position
