Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions- Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely manner- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences- Perform night audit duties as needed

- PERFORM VALET DUTIES AS NEEDED

Qualifications:- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of hospitality management principles- Proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy- Flexibility to work night shifts as required
