Night Auditor

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to be the welcoming face of our hotel during the quiet hours. If you have a knack for customer service and experience in the hotel industry, we'd love to meet you. In this role, you'll ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable stay, even in the middle of the night.

Responsibilities:

Manage online and phone reservations for overnight arrivals and future stays.
Register guests, collecting necessary information and handling secure payment processing.
Provide detailed information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the night.
Liaise with our on-call housekeeping and security staff to ensure rooms are ready and the property is safe and secure.
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers or special event attendees checking in overnight.

Skills We're Looking For:

Proven work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
Familiarity with hotel reservations software.
A strong customer service attitude and a calm demeanor.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, particularly for independent overnight work.
