Position: Night Manager
Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Night Manager, where your leadership will ensure our clients enjoy a clean and well-maintained environment. This role involves overseeing the quality of janitorial services during the night shift while managing a team of independent contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect cleaning operations to ensure compliance with client standards.
- Communicate effectively with the day management team regarding any issues, complaints, or special requests.
- Support the training and development of janitorial staff to enhance performance and quality of service.
- Prepare and manage nightly reports on service quality, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Establish effective relationships with clients and contractors to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the janitorial service or facilities management sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and management purposes.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Benefits

Hourly pay rate of $18–$20/hour, with shift differential for 3rd shift work.
