Job Description:Taco John's in Minot is hiring a dependable and driven Night Manager to lead our evening team and ensure smooth operations through closing. If you're a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys late-night energy, this role is a great fit.Key Responsibilities:Oversee night shift operations and team performance

Train and support crew members for excellent guest service

Ensure proper closing procedures and shift documentation

Manage inventory, cash handling, and nightly reporting
