Red Rossa is looking for an energetic, hands-on NIght Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for someone to lead, build, and grow our team, elevate the guest experience, and keep daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service, quality, and consistency

  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance coaching

  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

  • Monitor inventory, costs, and budgets to drive profitability

  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
