Brake Press Operator – Tulsa, OK
HireCall is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator for a manufacturing opportunity in Tulsa!
We are looking for someone with strong brake press experience who can independently read blueprints, set up machines, make necessary edits/adjustments, and produce quality parts to customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate manual and NC/automatic brake press machines
- Bend and form aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
- Read and work from blueprints, drawings, patterns, templates, specifications, and verbal instructions
- Make machine adjustments and edits as needed
- Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of brake press operating experience
- Must have experience setting up and adjusting brake press machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong understanding of measurements, dimensions, and tolerances
- Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot basic setup or production issues
- Must be able to read and write English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong attention to detail
