Night Shift Kennel Technician – Elite K9
Job Type: Full time/ Part time
Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM
Starting Pay: $17-19/hour
Benefits: Eligible for raises, tips, 401k, and PTO after 90 days
About Us:
Elite K9 Club is a premier boarding, daycare, training, and grooming facility dedicated to providing top-tier care for dogs. We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Night Shift Kennel Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Letting dogs out individually for potty breaks at night.
- Supervising slumber party boarding dogs in large groups.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times.
What to Expect:
- Work Environment: This is a fast-paced, high-stress, and loud position that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Weather Conditions: You will be working outdoors in all seasons, including extreme heat and cold.
- Independence: Most shifts are solo, though you may have a teammate during busy periods.
Who We're Looking For:
- Self-sufficient and able to manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle dogs of various temperaments.
- Comfortable working independently in a physically demanding role.
- Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Attention to details
- Ability to learn and build balanced relationship with each dog.
Schedule & Availability:
- We are hiring for all days of the week. (additional shifts may be available during holidays and peak seasons).
