Immediate Hire – Night Shift Press Operator Assistant / Production Helper – $19/hr
Precision Staffing is seeking Press Operator Assistants / Production Helpers for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Florence, KY. This is an immediate hire opportunity on the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in a fast-paced production environment with weekly pay, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team. This is a temp-to-hire role with pay increases after being converted to a permanent employee.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $19/hour (Night Shift) + raises upon hire-on
- Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend required
- Type: Temp-to-hire, full-time
- Location: Florence, KY 41042
Responsibilities:
- Assist Press Operators by loading raw materials and removing finished parts
- Place finished parts in designated containers or on conveyors
- Monitor equipment and report any issues to the Press Operator or Supervisor
- Follow all safety procedures when working near heavy machinery
- Perform general labor and support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
- Must pass a seven-year background check
- Must pass a 9-panel drug test (THC excluded)
