Pay & Opportunities

Front of House Team Member

• Part-Time (Closing or 3 weekday lunches/week): Starting at $15.00/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $16.50/hr after completing training.
• Full-Time: Starting at $15.75/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $17.25/hr after completing training.

Leadership Opportunities

• Full-Time Team Leader:$18.90/hr
• Part-Time Team Leader:$17.85/hr

Additional Pay Rates

• Part-Time (non-closing): $12.00/hr
• Under 16 years old: $9.00/hr

Please Note:

• Pay is based on your availability during the school year, not summer availability.
• We are hiring for long-term team members and are not currently hiring for seasonal-only positions.

What You'll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll create the remarkable guest experiences Chick-fil-A is known for by:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
