Night Warehouse Selector

Job Title: Night Warehouse Selector (Produce)Pay: $17.50/HR + Performance IncentivesShift: NightReports To: Warehouse SupervisorJob Summary: Join our fast-paced warehouse team as a Night Selector! You'll pick and prepare customer orders with precision, operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining high productivity standards. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated by incentive pay, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities:• Pick and build orders accurately using pick tickets and handheld scanners• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and shipments• Label, stage, and prepare orders for timely shipment• Maintain consistent picking rate of 90+ cases per hour• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines• Keep work area clean, organized, and efficient• Communicate with team on inventory and shipping updatesRequired Qualifications:• Ability to lift, carry, and move products (up to 50 lbs) throughout shift• Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment• Reliable attendance and punctuality• Strong teamwork and communication skills• Forklift or pallet jack experience (preferred but willing to train)Preferred Qualifications:• Prior warehouse or produce handling experience• Knowledge of WMS systems (Produce Pro experience a plus)• Certified forklift operator• Night shift availabilityPhysical Requirements:• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly• Stand and walk for 8+ hours• Repetitive reaching and bending• Work in a cool warehouse environmentWhy This Role: High-demand night shift | Performance-based incentives | Growing produce company | Advancement opportunities for reliable performers#LSNCJOBS
