Job Description

Nights Parts Counter Sales Rep $19 - $21/hour, based on experience Monday - Friday, 1:30pm to 10 pm with Saturdays as needed. Do you love helping people. Are you focused on providing excellent customer service? This opportunity to work for a family-owned business that has been open for more than 60 years. As a Nights Parts Counter Sales Rep, you will work for a leading heavy-duty truck dealer in Sioux City, IA. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers and co-workers with parts. This job as a Nights Parts Counter Sales Rep is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, team-centered and diverse environment. If you describe yourself as dependable and reliable with excellent relationship building and problem-solving skills, then we would love you to consider this position.

Responsibilities:

Fill parts orders received by phone, by shop and deliver to mechanic
Information on substitution of parts
Research availability of out-of-stock parts and issue purchase orders
Review of repair orders
Inspect parts
Inventory
Data Entry

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Working overtime when needed
Valid driver’s License and the ability to meet insurability requirements
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Computer skills and other office machines

Compensation and Benefits:

$19.00-$21.00/hour, based on experience
