Matt Bowers Nissan is aggressively hiring A, B, C Level Technicians and Master Technicians for our high-volume, fast-paced service department.

COMPENSATION ABOVE MARKET (20%+)

$30 $65+ per hour based on experience, certifications, and production

Entry-level experienced techs start well above Gulf Coast averages
Master Technicians earn top-tier, industry-leading pay
High flag volume = uncapped income potential

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 4+ years dealership technician experience REQUIRED
Nissan / Infiniti experience a PLUS
ASE (ASC) Certifications preferred
Master Technicians move to the front of the line
Must have your own tools
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic ability
Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
Reliable, accountable, and production-focused mindset

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to OEM standards
Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability, electrical, and engine repairs
Handle maintenance, brakes, and full system repairs
Assist with used car recon when needed
Work alongside a strong service team to maximize output
Stay current with Nissan technology and training updates
