Providing care for the whole family, not just the child
Building and deepening the parent-child connection
Using clinically validated assessments and technology to supercharge progress

What You’ll Do:

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families
Lead clinical intakes, set treatment plans, and monitor client progress
Create engaging clinical content and assist with translating best practices into digital interventions
1:1 meetings with supervisor and group supervision
Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR
Collaborate with the clinical team and offer feedback to improve our programs and services
Share your unique strengths through blogs and live events

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in child and family therapy; licensed in New Jersey (LAC, LAMFT, LSW)
Afternoon (after 3:30pm) or weekend availability
Strong clinical skills and creativity in designing therapy for young clients
At least 750 supervision hours remaining toward licensure
