Every client conversation starts because they reached out first, asking about life insurance coverage through a form, a direct call, or a specific request for information. Your role is the conversation that follows — by phone or Zoom — backed by full training and ongoing mentorship, and supported by access to more than 60 carrier partnerships so you're never limited to one product regardless of client fit.

What Support Actually Looks Like

New agents start with fundamentals: how life insurance products work, how to have a natural client conversation, and how to handle the objections and questions that come up regularly. A mentor is available through your first live calls and beyond, so you're never navigating a difficult conversation entirely alone.

Earning Potential

Commission-only, uncapped earning structure: $800 to $1,200 average per sale. Realistic outcomes:

• $50,000+ part-time in year one
• $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one

Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives layered on top of standard commission for agents hitting certain benchmarks.
