Non CDL Drivers – Full-Time (Sanitation Services) | On Maui | $20/hr to $25/hr Based on Performance | Weekly Pay

About the Position

We are hiring 3–4 full-time Box Truck Drivers to assist with the service, cleaning, and upkeep of porta potties, food truck units, and mobile sanitation equipment across Maui. This role requires operating a box truck, following service routes, completing sanitation tasks, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all units meet cleanliness and safety standards.

During your training period, you'll work closely with experienced staff who will teach you proper procedures, safe driving practices, and the sanitation standards required for success. Once training is complete, you will transition to an independent route, giving you autonomy over your day while maintaining efficient and professional service.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

Starting Wage (Training): $20/hr
Post-Training Wage: Up to $25/hr, based on performance
Training Period: Approximately 3 weeks

Schedule

Training Start Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM then 5AM to 1PM
Post-Training Start Time: 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM (independent drivers)

Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Hepatitis clearance required
PUC medical exam (can be completed after hire if needed)
Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Strong reliability-must report to work consistently and on time
Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures accurately
Comfortable working independently after training
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to quality service

No CDL is required. All necessary training will be provided.
