Non-Clinical - Marketing - Marketing Coordinator

This is a part-time position, and the hours would be 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs), 9-3. There is some flexibility to negotiate days/hours, but I would like to keep in that general range. No more than 24 hours a week. The position would be 100% on-site based in our Warrenville office location- 25 North Winfield Road, Winfield, IL 60190 Responsibilities: Requests resource that works well with others; great interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel; filing, calendaring, answers phone and greets visitors when needed; meeting planning for the marketing department. Skills/Qualifications: At least 3 years experience working in a professional office Associates Degree or higher in relevant coursework Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Proficiency with office equipment, such as computers, telephone system, copy machines Familiarity with both Mac and PC platforms desired.
