Are you ready to be part of our journey?Job DescriptionThis position involves driving 24', 26' and a 28' bobtails to make pick up and deliveries at our customers locations. Oak Harbor Freight Lines offers and internal, get paid while training program for those interested in becoming a Class A Driver. The drivers work Monday - Friday with weekends off.Requirements

At least 21 years of age.Valid DOT Medical CertificationMust have a clean driving record. No DUI or positive drug/alcohol screen in the past 3 yearsAbility to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate bobtail trucks of different sizesAdapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditionsAbility to meet the company's reliability standards for employeesAbility to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather as requiredAvailability to work weekends and / or nights if neededOther duties as assigned

Benefits

Overtime after 8 hours dailyMedical, dental, vision - you choose which plan suits you and your family needs.

Single person pays up to 2% of gross income.Entire family pays up to 4% of gross income.
