Non-Invasive CardiologistCarolina Heart Specialists | Lancaster, South CarolinaPosition OverviewCarolina Heart Specialists is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Charlotte region. This role includes a primarily outpatient clinic-based practice with inpatient consultative responsibilities across Lancaster and Indian Land, South Carolina.Key responsibilities/services include:
- Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)
- Nuclear cardiology
- Cardiac CT
- Stress testing
- Preventive cardiology and medication management
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations
- Primarily clinic-based responsibilities
- One dedicated hospital day per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Shared 1:4 weekend call rotation within the local MUSC hospital system
- Team of 7 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Comprehensive cardiovascular services including:
- Non-Invasive Cardiology
- Cardiac Imaging & Diagnostics
- Preventive Cardiology
- State-of-the-art digital imaging equipment and advanced diagnostic capabilities
- Coverage across clinics and affiliated hospitals in Lancaster and Rock Hill
- Strong APP, MA, nursing, scribe, and administrative support
- Established referral base and continued regional growth

- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease training programs
- MD or DO

- Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology and/or Echocardiography preferred
- Open to experienced physicians and current fellows
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes
- Eligible for H1B sponsorship and J1 waiver support
