Job Summary: We are seeking a Non-profit CFO to oversee all financial aspects of our organization in Dallas. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)- CPA certification is a plus- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role- Knowledge of non-profit financial regulations and compliance requirements- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Responsibilities:- Develop and manage annual budgets- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to the leadership team- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting- Oversee audit and tax functions- Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial sustainability and growth Location: Dallas, TX Salary: Commensurate with experience We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
